Oh, I definitely chose the puzzle piece because I find it offensive and yet acknowledge that most people who aren’t autistic don’t understand why at all. It’s a way to start a discussion on why what people think is “nice” isn’t actually. And also simply a common symbol of autism for those outside our community.
